2. Cap Feeding System
(1) Wind Cap Feeder

Our wind cap feeder is an automatic high speed cap feeder mainly consisting of cap conveying section and air supply purifying section. The caps in the cab magazine fall down through the vibration of the vibrator, are blown along the pipe line to the feeding funnel by the air blower, and then slide down to the cap handler in spiral direction. There is a photoelectric sensor in the cap handler to detect the number of caps. When the number of caps in the cap handler is not enough, the photoelectric sensor sends out signal and the air blower starts up, 2.5 seconds later, the solenoid valve also opens to start up the vibrator, and cap conveying starts again. When the caps in the cap handler reaches the given quantity, the vibrator stops while the air blower continues working for 1 second to blow away the left caps in the pipe line. If the cap handler stops rotating, the cap feeding system will not run.
